Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
A request for return can be placed only after the product is delivered to you.

A request for return of items must be made within 7 days of delivery of the order. No request for return shall be entertained after 7 days. However, it would be Fatafatee’s discretion to approve or reject a return/refund request.
To place a request for return, you must clearly state the reason for the same.
- Only damaged items will be returned.
- Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received.
- Broken/washed/used/tampered products and products with tags removed are not accepted back.
- Products shall not be returned/refunded for size mismatch. It is our humble request to you to check for the size and the colour before placing an order.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
